Based on user feedback, we have added a new feature to be able to Download the Activity Summary Report as a spreadsheet.
Now you have the ability to download Activity Summary Reports for
- Today
- This Week
- Last Week
- This Month
- Last Month
- Quarter
Tbis feature is available only for the “Administrator” users. There are two ways to get to the Activity Summary Report for Download. The diagram below shows how to get to the “Download” button for the report.
You can click on the Activity Report from the Left Menu shown in the diagram above or you can navigate from the Tools Menu as shown in the diagram above.
Once in the Activity Report Page, you can see the “Download” button beside the drop down which allows you to select the period, shown below. Select the desired period in the dropdown and click on the “Download” button.
It will download a spreadsheet with the data for the selected period. Please send an email to support at recruiteze dot com if you have any questions regarding this feature.
