This blog applies both the Recruiteze – Online Applicant Tracking System and iReformat – Automated Resume Formatting products.
A password can be reset only by Administrators. Once the Administrator logs into the system, they can see the Administrator Dashboard like shown in the image below.
You can click on the User Administration->List from the left navigation menu ( marked in the image above ) or you can navigate to the User List from the top navigation menu. Once you click on the menu, it will take you to the User Administration List page like shown below.
In the User Administration List page, find the user whose password you would like to reset and click on the Reset Password link as shown in the image above. The password will be reset immediately and an email will be sent to the user with the new password.
