This feature is available to all users of the system.
To post a new Job Requisition you can click on Job Requisitions->Add from the Left Navigation Menu or from User->Job Requisitions from the Top Navigation Menu. Next image shows how to get to Job Requisitions page.
The recently upgraded Add Job Requisition Wizard is shown and explained below.
The Wizard Consists of five sections
- Company Profile
- Job Details
- Add Skills
- Qualification & Benefits
- Recruiter Information
The company profile section is where you would enter your company information or your client information in case of a Staffing Agency. If you already have clients/groups in the database, you can select from the auto select list as you are typing in the Company Name field.
Once you enter/select the company information, you can then either enter/select the hiring manager information.
This completes the company profile section. A company profile is shown below, as you are typing in the company profile, you can see the job preview on the right side.
Job Details consists of an Auto Generated Job Code, the Job Title, Job Description and Location Details like shown below.
In this step the Job Specific skills that are required, skill level and experience level can be entered.
Qualification & Benefits
In this step, the Education Qualification required, the benefits provided by the company, type of employment and the compensation details for the Job can be detailed.
In this step, you can either enter/select the Recruiter who is posting this job. This job can also be assigned to one or more Recruiters who will work on filling the job.
