Cater to Active Candidates – Those actively seeking a new career will be looking for opportunities that are easy to find. This is where having a clear, easy to read job description is key. Also ensuring the advertisements are placed in locations where they’ll be looking helps, too. Gather data and use it to help you find active candidates and where they’re looking.
Additional Information – Make sure you’re offering additional information within your advertisement. Prospective employees are looking for more. They’ll visit your website and social media accounts to try to learn as much as possible about your business.
